INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING HANDWRITING SAMPLES

1. The handwriting samples sent by you should be something written by you in the recent past on BLANK paper in INK.

2.  The writing should be in ENGLISH.

3. The more the number of samples sent the better.

4. In case you wish to write something now then please write something of your interest without copying any matter from  books/ magazines/ papers. ( Minimum 100 -150 words )

5. Write a few telephone numbers or numbers from 1 to 10 twice.

6. Your signature will also be very useful to us.

7. Please do NOT send Photo Copies/ Carbon Copies of handwriting specimen.

8. The best method of sending samples to us would be by registered post/ courier or through E-mail using a scanner.

9. If you wish to send your handwriting samples through E-Mail using a scanner then please use a good scanner & if possible please test it yourself by sending the scanned Handwriting Samples as an attatchment to some alternate e-Mail Address to which you have access & take out a print out to see for yourself how your scanned Handwriting samples look, as this will avoid a lot of unnecessary correspondence between us. It is advisible to use a small paper about HALF the size of a standard A4 size paper & kindly use BLACK INK for writing.

10.Handwriting specimens sent by you will NOT be returned.
